St. Pete Massage Therapy
What to expect during your
therapeutic massage or restorative massage
We utilize swedish and deep tissue and trigger point therapy and myofascial release, and also neuromuscular therapy and advanced massage techniques taken from structural integration and orthopedic massage and myoskeletal alignment. Our massages are a cross between techniques used in physical therapy and advanced bodywork techniques taken from all of those things I've listed combined with swedish and deep tissue massage to help the client not only physically get to a place of healing but also mentally and spiritually.
Certified Medical Massage:
As a certified medical massage therapist we are able to provide you with our medical number so you can use your HSA or flex account to pay for your massage with a prescription and pre approval from your insurance carrier.
Swedish Massage
This is the most common type of massage therapy and is known for its long, flowing strokes that are used to relax the body and promote overall wellness.
Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage is designed to target deep layers of muscle and connective tissue, making it ideal for those with chronic pain or muscle tension.
Hot Stone Massage
This type of massage uses heated stones to provide a deep, penetrating heat that can help to relax the muscles and promote healing.
Sports Massage
This type of massage is designed specifically for athletes and active individuals, and is used to help prevent and treat injuries, improve flexibility, and enhance overall performance.
Aromatherapy Massage
This type of massage uses essential oils to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Trigger Point Massage
This type of massage is designed to target specific areas of muscle tension, known as trigger points, which can cause pain and discomfort in other parts of the body. By applying pressure to these trigger points, the therapist can help to release the tension and alleviate pain.

This type of massage focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles, and aims to release tension and restrictions in the fascia, which can help to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
Neuromuscular
A form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to balance the nervous and muscular systems, which can help to alleviate pain and improve function.
Myoskeletal Therapy
A holistic approach to manual therapy that combines elements of osteopathy, chiropractic, and massage therapy to address pain and dysfunction in the muscles, bones, and joints.
